phingo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phingo Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes to reflect, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. phingo does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees independent of phingo.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. phingo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your phingo Account. phingo processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests on a 24/7 basis, with an average processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard banking hours and may take 1–3 business days.
phingo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that are unusually large, fall outside of normal player behaviour patterns, or arise from accounts that have not completed full KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review, and phingo may delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, phingo is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. phingo may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited to your phingo Account. Players are prohibited from using the phingo platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

Where phingo's liability cannot be excluded by law, phingo's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the funds held in your phingo Wallet at the time the claim arises. You may request the closure of your phingo Account at any time by contacting the phingo support team via live chat. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and your real-money Wallet balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your last active payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; players who wish to return must register a new phingo Account, subject to compliance with the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise your dispute with phingo through the platform's live chat support channel. phingo will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice of a complaint. If informal resolution is not achieved within this period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the phingo platform — phingo will provide advance notice via your registered mobile number or platform notification, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the phingo platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
